Gooey Butter Cake.
There’s just something irresistible about the recipe title. And with butter in the title, you have to know that it comes from Paula Deen.

Gooey Butter Cake
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine one 18 ¼-ounce package yellow cake mix, 1 egg and 8 tablespoons butter, melted.
Pat the mixture into the bottom of a lightly greased 13- by 9-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, beat one 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened, until smooth. Add 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 8 tablespoons melted butter. Add one 16-ounce box powdered sugar; mix well.
Spread filling over cake batter. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, being careful not to overbake as center should still be gooey.
