Monday once again.
It’s a hard day to summon enthusiasm for anything, which makes it a good day to have something in the slow cooker, so you don’t have to worry about what’s for supper. It might be a little late to get these pork chops started; if so, save the recipe for next Monday.
Slow Cooker Pork Chops
In a shallow dish, mix ½ cup flour, 1 teaspoon seasoned salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper and 1 teaspoon dry mustard. Trim fat from four thick pork chops and dredge in flour mixture.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chops and brown on both sides.
Place pork in slow cooker. Pour one can condensed chicken with rice soup over top. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
