Savory sacrifice

I haven’t offered a Food Quote of the Week for quite a while.

Since it’s summer, here’s one about grilling:

“Grilling, broiling, barbecuing — whatever you want to call it — is an art, not just a matter of building a pyre and throwing on a piece of meat as a sacrifice to the gods of the stomach.”

Do it. Sacrifice a piece of meat to the gods of the stomach today.
